Title: High prices
Post by: Nena on February 16, 2026, 09:38:37 PM
Ever wondered, why all has become so expensive at rosity?
Well, I don't wonder any longer, cause I just found out.

Wanted to put a new product into the store and saw, that I have to (if I want or not) $ 9.50 for it.
NOPE! This would be robbery and I won't do that!

You mean - 'Rosity have set a minimum price for stuff at $ 9.50 ?

Part of me - that remebers you could buy good stuff from 'Rosiy for 5 bucks without it being on sale - goes WHAAT .. ?

Then there's another part of me that doesn't get surprised, considering the enshitification striking 'Rosity.
They are most probably short on cashflow and try to compensate for it with a minimum price tag.

Good luck with that, since there are plenty of marketplaces charging less...
And, with better products.

Not exactly, the $ 9.50 is the minimum for props and stuff.
Poses have their own price set up, starting with at least 10 bucks for up to 20 poses
Each and every item has its own price rules.
Prime again has other rules I think, but haven't found anything about it. I think, the lowest was $ 3.50 but that has changed for sure by now.

Meaning that the wait for the 50%(+) sales will matter that much more. Just like DAZ.

Even 50% is still too expensive for many items.
Things, that would have cost about 7 to 10 bucks on sale for 50% or 60% was something, people were able to buy.
Now with 50% or 60% down, one still has to pay 8 bucks and more.
That's suicide for a store!
