Update :)

I sent one more mail, still friendly but firm and I got an answer.
My account is open again, now I can save all and then delete the account for ever!

Tomorrow will be a long and busy day for me. Saving all and everything, maybe Wednesday too, depends on how much I need to download.

Sometimes one can wonder!

I was searching for a possibility to delete my account, but NOPE, there is none, except contacting support and even then, some information from me can be kept.
